O.K. so there is this guy that i drive by everyday after school. i dont know why he does it but he sticks out his tongue and flips everyone off. even the people on the sidewalk. now ive noticed that people here seem to have a sense of humor so i would like some ideas on how to handle the situation. thanks for the help.

 

Why do anything? Is he hurting anybody? I can't fathom that this has injured you in any way.

It's his right to stick his tongue out but flipping people off is against the law in most jurisdictions (profanity laws, public decency, assault, threatening gestures... what they call it varies). Call the police every single day that you see him doing it. After a while they'll get sick of hearing about it and do something to harass him out of the habit.

 

Just ignore it.....He probably has mental health issues. There is an apartment/hotel complex in oakland kind of by my work and they house people with mental health issues and they do stuff like that all the time. Just ignore him, nothing good can come out of you reacting to it.
