Getting some white stripes put on my 05 Gt tomorrow. Went with the vinyl. Talked to the owner and they have done whole buses. Checked out painting but it was about 1500.00. Little too much for my bank account. Going with 2 10" stripes about 3/4 of an inch from the center line of the car for each side. Will post some pictures next week.

 

check this out 120.00 installed seams to good to be true that is with a clear coat and a protectint to stop nicks. We will see

The color is legend lime and the stripes are white

Put my stipes on about a week ago and have gotten nothing but compliments. Cost me little over $30 dollars at www.rallystripes.com
They give you more than enough to do your car. I paid a little more to get pinstipes with it.

 

How much space did you leave between the stripes? What section did you do first to align everything? What size did you get?

 

I lined it up between the middle of the mustang emblem and the hood scoope. From there it was pretty easy, I put a 7/8ths" space in between only because that was the size of the measuring tape I was using so I just used that. The top was the easiest and the trunk and spoiler was the hardest.

 

Going with 10" stripes 3/4 of an inch on both sides of the center line. Having mine installed by the graphic company. Total price only 120.00 easy for them no headache for me.

 

I am planning on getting mine painted on when i get my new hood, bumper and spoiler. for under 1600 installed and all

 

I just ordered the 8" with pin stripes. Want to see how good it looks and if it looks good Ill have it painted on when I go for new paint.
