Exclamation So I quit my job.....

Well after 4 months of selling cars for David McDavid Acura of Plano I went ahead and quit. I was really tired of working long ****ing hours...It was suppose to be a part-time job since i'm going to school full time and all...they were making me work 55+ hrs a week.....the money was very good for the time I was putting in, but I just couldn't take it anymore. My grades have been suffering alot lately because I don't have any time to study. So I finally decided it too much and gave it up....It was however a very educational experience I would say. Man, I didn't know how much people were getting suckered until I started doing it myself...some people out there are the biggest suckers when it comes to buying a car....

Sales is a great experience and I am sure you learned a lot. Most "business" is a "people business" and many folks never get this point.

A good sales person will be a "consultative partner".
