Well, it's up for sale. Hopefully won't take long.

I know... I know... I fall into this catagory as well...BUT my reasoning is that I am about to go to law school and it cost a pretty penny to go... and besides once I am out and start me own practice... I think I will be back in a mustang!!

well I was thinkin along the lines of owning a small group of 03-04 Cobras... each one with a different type of power adder... you know... (1) with a stock eaton, (1) with a Whipple, (1) with a Kenne Bell, (1) with some Twin Turbos... you know the list will go on and on.... and have a Enzo as a beater....

that may be so.... but i an going to be practicin' business law... and My mother's sister is an attorney for P&G.... she says that she can get me on there as an intern and then 90% of the time their interns go on to work for them... you can say she makes a little bit of money... they just moved from a 5,000 sq. ft house to a 15,000 sq. footer....
Im either keeping mine forever. Or once i get a job after footbal, finding me a nice 86-95 5.0. My parents said i would have to start paying the insurance so thats why im sticking to a 5.0.

Dude speaking realisticly here... $15,000 is quite a lot of money for it... I mean look at lance's car, his is an 03 with like 17,000 miles in perfect condition and hes having trouble getting $17,000 for it. Local DEALERS are asking $13,000-$14,000 for like 01's/02's with 20,000 miles.

I know it's listed high, and no, im not realistically thinking I'm gonna get 15K.
however in my area there are a ton of 01s and 02s with 45K-60K miles going for 16-18K dollars at dealers.

These prices seem high to me. As I stated...2001 GT premium 5-spd...22k miles...$11,000. From a Ford Dealership...not a car lot.
I think I lucked out because I believe they had a hard time selling it because of the wheels...seems crazy...cause what do we do? we change the wheels!!
I mean, look at it:

poor thing doesnt look like what it really is...lol. I bet ppl looked at it and wrote it off in their minds because of the way it looked.

I just want to say, my car is still for sale. Almost 7 months later. Granted, I had problems for about 6 weeks out of that time where it wasn't really for sale, but still.
I hope to get this thing sold in Spring. I know Mustangs certainly are not popular choices in the winter.

Now it's just short of 63,000 miles. Price $13000 and pretty firm.
Not another stang. Not really sure wat I want. Something w/ 4 doors and has room for my detailing business.

like a van?
I wouldn't wanna have to smell that everywhere I went
Well two things, from an economic standpoint, if you're going to sell your Mustang-- now's the time.
It's mid-March, this is when the weather starts rolling in, you're going to get all your high school junior chickadies looking for the V6's and johnny-badasses looking for the V8's and the 5-speeds. If I were going to sell my Mustang, now would be the time I'll put it on the market.
And its also location, location, location. Naturally in Kentucky, Indiana, and Georgia the prices of Mustangs are WAAAYYY LOOOOWEEERRR than elsewhere because everyone has a Mustang. I see about 10-15 Mustangs per floor (mostly V6, but you'd be suprised how many GT's I fid) in my parking garage here on campus.
An example, I can get $4000-5000 for my Mustang here in Kentucky. In Connecticut, I could get $8000-9000. I've had it appraised in both KY and CT.

I'm still liking the Pontiac Vibe. Best gas mileage with room in the rear. Since the seats fold down flat, there is plenty of room. Plus it's really a Toyota with their engine, tranny, suspension.
I'm looked into the Explorers, Escorts, and Rangers. I probably like the Escorts the best.
I also really like the new Jeep Laredo Cherokee's, but they are a little over my price range. And the older one's are still nice, but gas mileage is pretty poor.
I'd prefer some type of SUV crossover, SUV, or a (preferred) hatchback where the seats fold down (Vibe/Matrix)

I bought a Colorado crew cab, plenty of room in it, but no better on the gas milage. The Mustang went bye, bye the first of Feb, but no worries, my Dad bought it so I can still enjoy it, and he just bought some bullit rims to put on it.
