bought a computer wiring harness and mass air meter out of a 90 gt from bone yard to replace my speed density. problam is i think i have heard that you can use a A9P com in both auto and manual and the A9L only in manual mine is a a manual and i bought this stuff out of an auto with obv a A9P is it going to work out ok?

 

the older 5.0 auto ECU's had a more aggressive timing curve than the manual cars in general so other than making a little more power it should be just fine. In any case, you'll need to do some tuning in software to make everything perfect and while you're in there you can address any issues you may have like speed limiters, codes, rev limiters, etc...
