Default Another computer question.

I have a 02 V6 and I'm wanting to get either a chip or tuner. Right now I'm leaning towards the SCT Superchips Custom Eliminator 4-Bank Mustang Performance Chip, but I don't know what is best for my car. The olny mods preformance wise I have on her is a BBK CAI and dual Flowmasters, then I have 17/9 wheels. I'm just wondering which one would be best since I'm putting that much money into it.

There isnt a performance difference from either one. jus tthe way they work and how they load.

With the tuner you can scan for trouble codes and you dont have ot stick a chip onto the ecu, instead it flashes the ecu with the new program.

A chip has to be stick onto the ecu which means you have to clean the contact ports on it. it doenst have to up load and works as soon as its stuck on there. it also can be changed on the fly witht here little switch they give you.

So really its just the way they load the program and easyness of changing on the fly that are different.

Me i would just get the cheaper one.
