you didn't mention this at all but I think weight lifting is a great way to stay in shape too. Muscles will burn more calories when you're just sitting around watching tv. but if your goal is weight loss and your weight lifting, dont go by pounds lost, go by inches lost.. because obviously muscles weighs more than fat

i say just do what i do. watch what you eat, run 3 miles everyother day, and go to the gym on your off days of running. if your too lazy to run, then you dont really want to lose weight

im losin weight, i run everyday, eat right, and no soda. not to hard...runnings a bitch tho

Man, I skip breakfast everyday. Any good, on-the-go breakfast items to recommend for us lazy people. I eat pretty good during the day, its just the breakfast part that kills me

Here how my meals go during football.

Practice 8-12
Two Double cheeseburgers and a gatorade
Yogurt
Then supper
oh and i try to drink between 96 and 128 ounces of water.
NO pop during football season.

Try any of the 40-30-30 health bars like the Balance Bars. They are light and healthy... and get your metabolism off on the right foot! Avoid the high carb bars like the classic powerbars unless you are excercising.

I normally eat low fat yogart for breakfast or a trail mix bar. just my .02!

I don't like to do to much of that on my work computer, these things are kinda finiky and I don't want them to try and blame the fact that I was on some outside site that caused it to crash, so maybe when I get home.
