Exclamation KEEP THE INTERNET FREE.. Preserve Net Neutrality

Guys and gals help keep net neutrality,

Congress is pushing a law that would abandon the Internet's First Amendment -- a principle called Network Neutrality that prevents companies like AT&T, Verizon and Comcast from deciding which Web sites work best for you -- based on what site pays them the most. If the public doesn't speak up now, our elected officials will cave to a multi-million dollar lobbying campaign.

We have to stop these companies from releaseing the "New Communism"!

and click act now! If you really love and want to preserve they way you use the net now.

Here is the bill that we want to be preserved PLEASE READ TO BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT Net Neutrality does for us

it might sound unimportant now but what would you do if this site or and other site that you use on a regular basis could not afford to pay the big ISPs like verizon, comcast and others just to keep their site viewable to every one in the USA? just think how it would effect mustangtuning for example. I'm sure you wouldn't like it at all. if you think about it its a serious matter that would have a big negitave impact in the future.

Oh the second link doesnt work here is the corrected one http://www.publicknowledge.org/pdf/m...t-20060606.pdf

Are you sure this is real? How could ISPs do that, I'm sure that if one ISP started "blocking" sites that weren't paying them, all their subscribers would just drop that ISP and move to one that wasn't being gay like that.

Luckily our president will veto the bill, which they fail to mention the actualy name or designation given to it... because he hears there are things on that internets. There is no reason for congress to push ANYTHING like this, think about it, whom does it really benefit? Sure doesnt benefit the ISP because we all know we would drop our like a hot potatoe if we couldnt access our favorite sites... and how the hell long would it take to go through the ENTIRE INTERNET and chose which sites are 'worthy' man dollars wasted right there for the ISP
If yu say that they would take the HIGHEST paying ones, well, that means they drop all the low paying ones... and... would lose money...

My opinion, nothing you do online, like a petition, will do jack crap to change someone looking to make a lot of money's mind. I HIGHLY doubt this would happen, but if they want it to happen, it WILL and is going to happen.
