Camera trouble

Default Camera trouble

Well the boys in the family gave my mom a new camera for mothers day...

It takes some damn good pics...just took some badass ones last night of my car...

I go to put them on the computer and it wont work...i installed the software correctly and everything but my computer keeps coming up and saying "USB Device not recognized"

Its a Fujifilm FinePix F470...

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I'd say your best bet is to go to there web site and look at the tech page and send them an email....or call up a best buy/circuit city to see if they know anything.

i already talked to christie who is a geak squad at best buy...

she had no idea

wow... geek squad. College kids that couldn't get a real tech job.

Try, reinstalling the driver. Right click on my computer, go to properties, find the tab with the Device Manager on it (changes from version to version of Winblows), find the red x or the yellow !. Treat the problem as it appears. Code 10 device cannot start is usually bad. Best idea is to right click on the thing, delete or uninstall, reboot, then manually install the driver. Don't let Win-doh-s do it.

Haha I work at BB too, except I sell the computers instead of fix them.

hmm dont make fun of girls whose cars are better than urs

christie was alot of help...we just couldnt figure it out

i did reinstall it...thats what christie told me to do...but it dont work

looks like i will be calling our guy who build my computer to come out to fix it
