new cams for me!!!!!!!

Default new cams for me!!!!!!!

well i placed my order with vt at 9:30 this morning for the stage 2 cams and comp springs. now i need to set an app. with timmy at modularpowerhouse for the install, tune, and install everything for my rear i see good times right around the corner
if anyone wants these cams jim said he had 3 pair left and another 5 grinding at the moment. better call and get them

Good choice. They are the best shop I've ever delt with, not to mention the nicest people you ever want to meet.

good luck getting an appt. soon...Tim and Andy are the only ones working on the cars now...they fired the whole staff except for Rhonda (tims wife)...so 2 people working on hundreds of cars will take some time to get thru but its worth the wait from wat i hear.....

I gotta take a ride up to that shop. It's only about an hour and a half from home....and only about 30 minutes from work!

You can tell he hasnt been there. He is not a crackhead yet. Warning, once you go down there, you will not be talking about "which rims", spoilers and interior trim.

i contacted tim yesterday about an apt. if it takes to long i will go to dynospeed racing in memphis. these guys tuned the winner of the KOTS TT cobra

I met Tim last Fall at the NMRA finals at Bowling Green. He is a very nice guy and seemed to be a straight shooter to me. Good choice! and good luck with the new cams ,should be fun.

another good choice, i believe the owner of that cobra also worked there, dunno if he still does.. they are tuning my car next Saturday (I'm putting VT stage 2's and manley springs in right now)

btw I FKN HATE KEEPERS

when you get your car back let me know how it went and if you are satisfied(im sure you will be) im hoping for around 305 at the wheels. after that on goes the spray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what gears do you have? I'm not being so optimistic about my numbers anymore, I'm guessing I'll end up with 290-300 at the wheels.. I have 4.10 gears

im running 3:73. a local guy with the same setup as me(other than longtubes) is around 310rwhp on an conservative tune from tim.

75mm accufab tb and plenum, steeda udp, jlc cai, bbk lt, mac or prochamber, flowmaster catback, diablo tune at the moment but will be changing to sct when i get the cams installed. car is a 5 speed
