hey, im about to order a MGW short throw for my stang and i dont know what kind of transmission i have i looked on my door tag and there was nothing i could see indicating what kind of transmissions i have... i have a 2002 black mustang gt 5 speed manual.. any of yall know?

yeah, 2001 was the confusing year, early cars had the T56 and later cars had the 3650

 

mine is an early 2001... I HAVE A T56!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
lol, no... it was the t45 for early 2001's....

 

t56 is the 6speed in cobras. you are thinking of t5/t45. Why dont you go ahead and call to put in another order for another 3650 shifter from MGW. I need one too.
