Default Anybody's gauges ever do this???? WTF?

I started my car today and with the lights off, there was this green bar on the fuel gauge. No other lights on the dash other than the mileage and it went away as soon as I put the car in first gear. Sorry its not a great pic, but it was the best I could get. Ever seen that before???

That's an opaque surface so I'm going to have to say that it's got to be a reflection of some sort... just a guess.

No reflection...it was a light...I know the gauges light up when you turn the lights on, it just looked like that one spot was on for some reason...

Well, you're pretty close to "E" there on the guage. Is that a possible indicator of "Low Fuel", and the light is by the "F" to get you to Fill Up?

I'm going to have to take your word for it... my next guess is that a light or LED fell down to that spot...

I've seen the low fuel light a couple of times (gotta love spend most of your life at work) but I've never seen that light. And the low fuel light never came on... :wallbash:
