sometimes my car will start up funny....like it'll be running then ill shut it off like to go pick up a friend per say and then when i go to start it....it will hesitate..like the starter will start then the engine will gradually start up...instead of jumping to 1500 rpm it will go straight from off to idle...any ideas?
