I have a 2000 Vert with 60k miles on it, and I don't have any rattle issues unless I get on some really rough pavement. Other then that, it has been rock-solid.

I've experienced some problems, if you havent already, put screw two more bolts in the bottom of your rear license plate, that helps alot from the outside. There are sound foam kits you can buy for that go inbetween the doors and the trunk lid. After that, your car should be super quiet, even if you wanna turn up the beats.
