Default X-pipe and tune

I currently have a bbk catted x-pipe. I have a custom dyno tune.I was thinking of going to an off road X. I was wanting to know if this would lean out or richen the car any. The dyno was hooked in before the cats.I have a Venom nitrous system, that's really the only reason I was concerned.

You will have to get it retuned for the O/R X.

Do you think it will cause a lean or rich condition. I'm not to concerned about it running a little rich, but don't want it to lean out any.
