Never heard of this brand. Looks like a clone of a standard casting they ported for better flow. Notice that the photo is a polished item - the $100 version is a satin (not shiney).
It may be worth the money, but if I had $150 to spend, I'd go with a proven brand like C&L, Accufab, Dragon, BBK, TrickFlow, etc.
I believe the satin TrickFlow an C&L are pretty cheap nowadays - have to shop for a the best deal.
Price on the "Power" item is right, but I believe you'd get more flow from a name brand...
