Default H or X pipe for custome tune, does it matter

I just got my SCT SF3 Xcal flash tuner and had them create 3 custom tunes for me. I just realized that I told them I had an H pipe when I have an X pipe. Does it make a big difference for the tune? I did notice that my flowmasters don't make the cool "baffle" sound now when I dropping from 3 to 2k rpms. Any thoughts?

its a flash tuner, just tell them you told them the wrong type of pype, keep everything the same but have them send you a tune for the H-pipe instead of the X...you get it as an email and just load it from there on the device. couldnt be any easier
