Have tried to access the hood release but cant see how and under the front end has a low faring and belly pan. (sorry only know motorcycle terminology but hope you get what i mean)

NO WAY IN and no way i can get it to a good garage here where i live in the middle of the desert UAE

You are telling me, that the actual key, when placed in the door lock won't unlock the door? This is mechanical and has nothing to do with the electrical system. Last time I checked, Mustangs still used door handles and not a button like on the C6s.

I don't see how it isnt unlocking. I went to test drive an 05 mustang and its battery was dead but the door still unlocked. Youll need to call someone, if not theres a trick that u have to stick a hard piece of curved metal like a clothes hanger down between the window and outside door panel. Then get lucky while pulling up to hopefully hit the opposite side of the push down lock button. This is risky as it may bust ur seals around the window and possibly even bust the window out.

You have very strange problem. I don't understand if the electrical system not working then the mechanical system can't stop working same time. May be your door lock is jammed and it is not opening. There is a rubber on the window glass. You can put off that rubber and pul the liver in the door panel using a metal wire. Mold the wire and make it like a hook then pul the rod with the wire hook. hope it helps.... Gud luck
