Default 2000 GT Traction Control issue

I recently got a 2000 GT that has traction control on it. The problem is that it cannot be turned off. I pulled the "off" switch out and tested it. Both lights in it are good and the monentary switch is good so the switch does not need to be replaced. I went into the secret gauges mode and turned on all indicator lights. The wheel dash light, that comes on when traction control is active, comes on. The off light on the switch comes on. When I push the traction control switch to turn it off nothing happens. When I try to spin the tires and traction control is active, the wheel dash light does not come on. There are no issues with the ABS. Any ideas what might be wrong based on these symptoms?

First thing to do is check the fuses. If not it could be the sensors in the back of the car beside the brakes.

The sensors lead up underneath the back seats of the car. The back seats can be lifted up by putting a screwdriver in the latches on the bottom of the seats, just lift on them a little bit and u should be able to feel and see them.

Hope this helps!

Check your grounds. The circuit might not be grounding right if a strap got disconnected or got corroded.
