Default Parking Brake Issue?

Hi, newbeeee here!

I have an 05 V6 4.0L sonic blue convertible - love it!! (my 4th mustang)

I replaced all brakes on my 05 V6 convertible (front and rear) driver side rear had one pad worn a bit more (outside pad) then the other pad. Caliper looks fine and seems to be operating fine.
I cannot get the e brake to apply. I have adjusted the cable looser and tighter and still nothing.
Is there a cable adjustment at the rear caliper? Any other ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks!

Default e brake

i just changed all my pads and rotors, and yes my ebrake was/went way ot of adjustment, the adjuster nut should just barely be touching the front. ( when your ebrake handle is all the way down)
