Default would u buys this car?

hi everyone.i am planning on buying this 1993 mustan lx convertible 5.0.. the outside looks good inside looks pretty good has full leather interior and a brand new top with pony 5star wheels .it has 82,000 miles on it and doesnt drive it in the winter although when he stores it it is outside with a cover.i notices the strut tower have alittle rust at the base of the tower by the fram.but he is also giving me a parts car that is rust free but no motor or tranny.he is asking 2800.00 firm.what ya think?oh forgot to add he is the only and original owner.

Pictures would help, but it doesn't sounds like a bad car. I wouldn't want a convertable though.

two cars for the price of one, not bad. if u like the car i would get it. if you like working on cars. get them and work on the extra while u drive the vert. then when u get the donar the way you want it swap the motor
