Default Brake System.

Im walking out to my car today, I get in and start to drive away. I notice that my Parking brake light is on. It then goes back off. Then as im driving along it comes back on for a brief second then goes back off. I know this is indication that I should check my brake system and brake fluid level. My question is how high should the brake fluid level be? I see where it says max but I cant seem where it says min.. Ill go out take a picture here shortly.

Also the car only has 33k miles on it. Should have a brake job done on it? Im thinking about taking it to just brakes and having them take a look at it.

You input would be appreciated.

Are you sure your parking brake just didn't **** up?

You know with cold weather and wind chill those cables can freeze, leaving it still activated. Idk if that has **** to do with it, but the fluid looks fine. I always fill mine up right below max, kinda in the middle I suppose.

I also like to try and keep mine right under the MAX line. My recommendation would be to top off your fluid, then take it for a spin and see if the light hassles you again. You would definately know if the parking brake was still applied, even slightly, 'cause the car would feel like it was *******. Top it off, give it a little time, and if it is still acting up, then take it in to be checked.
