Default Brakes???

ok i would really like to upgrade my rotors. i want something that looks nice and performs well... slotted most likely because i know the way people feel about drilled rotors cracking easy... any suggestions? also what kinds of brake pads would do well? hawk ceramics? this car for now is a street car... i would like to have it on the track soon...

thanks for the help

If your looking for performance its best to stick to plain-face rotors, but if you want to show em off a bit too then slotted are fine. Its also best to upgrade your brake lines to stainless steel, run a different fluid, and if you havent already you might wanna upgrade suspension because that can make a MAJOR difference in taking turns. Heres a good place for rotors/brakes etc. http://www.baer.com/products/index.php

Brembo slotted and Satisfied GS6. If you are not worried about the first stop for braking, get the GS5 pads.

NM... just saw you have an S197.

EBC yellow pads and baer plain face rotors. I don't like hawks for personal reasons.
