While working on the car yesterday, we learned that my 1998 Mustang GT does not have ABS, and does not have a rear swaybar.

Does anyone know if these were both stock on the 1998 Mustang GT, or a added option.

Also has anyone heard of a website where you can enter your vin and see your original window sticker, that might be easier for me to see the options that came on the car.

'94-98 did not come with ABS standard.

Not sure on the sway bar, but I'm pretty sure that Mustang's did not come equipped with those until maybe '00 or '01.

ABS was standard on the GT I thought, but the sway should be there. Only the 6-bangers didn't get them.

 

Yeah i feel like theres another side of this car i'll never really know about
