Solved my own thread lol. Ford sells the part for $23 any I'll just get it from the dealership.

But when I told the guy I had a motor blower resistor for 2001 GT he asked ,"Is it a 5.0 liter?" LOL.

i have the exact same problem with my 01 gt! it was like that when i bought it and i pulled the resistor out and it looked all rusted so i called up the local ford dealership and the part was really cheap like 10-15 i dont remember exactly! and all was good for about a year and now i have the same problem again! i posted a thread about it a few months back and randy gave some possible causes of the problem!
