Default viper remote start not working

im having a strange problem with my remote start. The problem is that its not working but all of the other alarm features are working just fine why would the remote start just stop?

any of you that have this installed have you had this problem before?

i just visually checked the brain box and didnt see or smell anything out of the unusual.
all connections were secure
both fuses were intact and not blown.

i havent broke out the multimeter to see if i have voltage where the troubleshooting chart is telling me to check.

you've got a short somewhere. Even if everything "else" is working fine There's something hooked up wrong or the unit itself is defective.

its been installed for a long *** time. this just started yesterday. if the short is anywhere it is somewhere inside of the box. i really dont want to break into the damn thing. this blows.

check ur bypass box... could have lost a connection to it thats the only part of the alarm that only has to do with the remotestarter
