Default Remote Start

Hey,

I own a 2000 3.8l Mustang w/ manual tranny and I'm looking for a remote car starting system, all I want to be able to do is start my car to let it warm up in the winter/cool down in the summer. What's the best one and where can I get it?

Thanks!

Its illegal to install a remote start on a car with manual transmition and 98% of the shops wont do it because of that reason.

Because it bypasses the clutch to start the car. If the car happens to be in gear its going to smash into stuff and just keep on going...untill something stops it.

I was unaware it was illegal but, when I used to work at Circuit City, a roadshop employee put one on his 5-speed camaro. Forgetting he left it in gear, he hit the button, car surged forward into a lighting pole in the parking lot.

I wouldn't recommend it.
