Default pulley tune

This may sound like a dumb question to those with experience, but bear with me. I've never had a car with a supercharger before. I'm gonna throw in a smaller pulley and will get it dyno'ed and tuned a short time after. My question is this: Will I have any problems if I don't tune it immediately? Power loss? Lack of boost? Anything like that?

You will need to get the car tuned. Changing to a smaller pulley will increase the boost and make the car lean. A pulley change can be done at the dyno. Wait till then to change it.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering about that, because the closest dyno is three hours away.
