Default Headers Question.

Evening all. I wanted to find out something about getting the Ceramic Coated SLP Headers from AM. Exhaust wise, all I've done is get the SLP Loudmouths. I wanted find out if I would need to get a new x-pipe as well, if I get the headers, or will the stock x-pipe fit for now? (The plan is to replace that as well with a SLP X-Pipe, but the wallet says "No" to buying both and paying for install of both as well.)

You have to change mid pipes when you run long tube headers. The good news is that the SLP setup is made so that you can use them with or without long tube headers. So you can get the X pipe now then laster get the headers.

if you get long tube headers you will need a new mid-pipe. i think that the stock mid-pipe is an H one though. when you get these new parts, i recommend you stay with the same brand name, as that will limit any fitment issues.
