Default Seat belt problem

Passenger side belt in my '98 vert. has a broken lock on the lower unit. Are parts available or does the whole system have to be replaced? Lots of aftermarket belts on the web but none seem to be right for a vert. If any of you have been thru this drill please respond.

Thank's Randy,
I wasn't clear on that; it's the inertia lock on the retractor behind the seat. Has a spring loaded reel for the belt and the lock is on top of that.
