need help installing new radiator fan

Default need help installing new radiator fan
i just got the mishimoto 14'' radiator fan and i'm not sure how to install it correctly.. is there anyone that has successfully installed this that can help me?

the fan motor quit on me a little while ago. its all good though i figured it out. it looked a little small to get the job done but it works fine so far.
