You can hammer on a 12 point socket onto the lug then wrench it off, but it'll pretty much ruin the socket. That's what we did.

Weld a bolt or nut onto the lug nut and wrench it off.

There are also special sockets you can buy to get them off. Try a few tool stores near you.

Sometimes a sharp chisel and a hammer will get it loose, just be careful on the wheel.

Buy a new key if it is a common kind. The Cooper Tire store here sells about 7-10 different kinds of locking lugnut sets that come with a key. Even if you have to buy a new set of lugnuts you might be able to find a key that fits in a tire shop near you.

Considering your getting new wheel locks with your new wheels go get a cheap *** socket hammer it onto the old lugs and get them off. You can try vise grips clamped on very tight but that way scares me way to much. Once the old lug is off you can take a flat head screw driver and hammer out the old lug to use the socket on the next wheel lock.
