I want to order Chrome Dual Angel Eye LED Projectors (99-04)
1.US$289.99 is one light or double light?
2.Can i change my light to HID?

this kit is with or without light?if without do you sell the light for this kit?

Yes the price is for the set driver and passenger side. and you wont be able use HID with the projector lights. And I do believe the HID kit has the bulbs included.
