Default Mustang Tuning ripped me off!!!

Back in April, I ordered and paid for an XCalibrator Tuner with two tunes from mustangtuning.com

The tuner arived, with only one tune on it, and a note from the programmer stating that they could not do a nitrous tune without having the car on a dyno. This was all fine and dandy, except I'd paid for 2 tunes, and had only received one.

I emailed mustang tuning (sales@mustangtuning.com and support@mustangtuning.com) MANY MANY times about this issue.

All I wanted was for them to send me a tune for 87 octane so I could switch between the 93 and 87 depending on gas prices. Since I'd already paid them for the tune, they owed it too me.

Time passes, no responces... so I email again, asking the same thing over... nothing...

More time passes, more email, still no responces. Obviously they don't care that they stole from me, so I thought it best to post their actions on their own message board.

I'm sure this will be deleted quite soon, but I thought I should say something to warn the rest of you. I plan on posting pretty much the same message on every other message board I am a member of too.

I would highly recommend ordering any/all parts from a reputable dealer, and avoiding mustang tuning at all costs.

Have you tried contacting chris? He is the owner and I'm sure he isn't aware of this problem! Yes I will agree that at times the customer service is not the best, but I am a loyal mustang tuning customer and can guarantee you that chris would take care of any issues you are having! Did you just e-mail them or actually called?

Default do you have chris's email address?

I emailed them. I had been working with a couple representatives (and it was all going quite smoothly) and suddenly they refused to answer anything I sent them. Granted, that was right after they got my money.

I admit I'm not the best on the phone (especially when I'm upset). I also enjoy the trail email leaves, so that if there's any question to what was discussed, you can simply refer back to the email.

Do you have Chris's email address?

I understand why you prefer email, but have you tried calling them at all?

I've talked with the guys at MT, they have no interest in just taking anyone's money. They're in this to do things right and maintain their good rep. They'll come through, I'd suggest calling though because it's alot easier to address the problem right away when you do. And when they do, and I'm sure they will, you should go around to the other boards and take down or edit your messages if you've already posted them.

I agree, call bob and sort it out. They are very busy and might not have time to check the emails. They are not scam artists. They are the best store Ive worked with.
