Gasket Advice

Im thinking about buying the Percys Seal-4-Good reusable flange gaskets and I heard they were awesome. has anyone ever tried or had a problem with them?

just an opinion...but i would just buy good gaskets from the start unless you plan on tearing stuff down alot, then the reusable ones would be better for you.
