Default 03 cobra bumper

would a 03 cobra bumper match up to a 02 gt. Would the hood and everything else match up. if so im getting one off ebay f0r $400 painted to match. Not oem though. If some one has a picture can they post there gt with a 03 cobra bumper. and the rest of there car because i want to see if it hangs down lower than stock bumper. Decided against the saleen bumper because it wasnt painted.

Youll have to shave the top part of the bumper, where it meets the hood. They are a tad higher on the cobras, so your hood wont close properly. The 03 cobra hood accommodates for this... the v6/gt/mach 1 hood doesnt.

I would get the Saleen, hell whats a little bit of paint! Might be cheaper than having a body shop shave it!

Here is a Car Domain site thats has a 03 Cobra Installed on a GT - http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2371817

Here is my GT with the cobra bumper. Where the bumper meets the engine bay, you just need to make 2 new holes about half an inch towards the engine from the original holes. This will allow the fitment to be fine.
