Default Tranny troubles

The T-45 in my cobra is getting hard to get out of fourth after its been there for a little while. Thats alot with my 4.10's. Also the throw out bearing is chattering some when out of gear and running. Also once and awhile it will grind some going into 5th. Ideas? is it time to rebuild it?

When was the last time you replaced your clutch, could be your clutch is going or has seen better days.

Its not slipping, but I'd guess its the factory one? I've only had the car for 8 months and haven't changed it yet.
