i have a 96 gt , i am loooking into getting a tuner , i have some mods including, 410, shortys , off road h pipe , short throw, 75mm tb, . i just wanted to know what you guys recamend for me, and if its worth it.

While a tune will add more power, honestly you should save the tune for after you get a PI head swap done if you are planning to do so. If you dont plan to PI head swap then tune it now.

YOu would make alot more power with PI intkae and heads, and then getting it tuned just my 2cents. Start gathering parts for the swap if i was you.
