Default Race Steering Wheel Options?

Ok so when i totalled my car airbags deployed and im not going to pay thousands to put new ones back in so.... what do i need to install an off-road steering wheel, is it just the new wheel and adapter or what? but i was wondering if anyone has done this before and also if my steering column gauge pod will still work with an aftermarket steering wheel because it came in from jegs a couple days after the car was wrecked so i still have it but dont know whether to return it or not.

Normally, it's a bolt on for the most part. Your pod should still work since all you'll be installing is a new wheel hub onto your existing column.

Maximum Motorsports has momo hubs and steering wheels available at a reasonable cost. Here's what they had to say about 99-04 cars with this mod:

"Momo Steering Wheel Hub - This item is needed to attach your cool new Momo wheel onto your Mustang's steering shaft. Important! Installation on a 1990-04 Mustang will remove your airbag feature and the wiring for the horn!"

Hope that helps.
