Default rim question?

i am out to get new rims.. but i am unsure how to measure what size i currently have. i dont want to get new tires, the ones i have have less than 5k on them. i believe the rims i have now are stock gt ones, on an 01.
i measured from lip to lip on the front and back rims, and they seem to be a little over 18inches, and from the back of the rim to the front lip, a little over 10.

stupid ?, but help me out if you can.

you have 17x8. with 245/45/17 tires. there are many rims out there that come in 17x8. get the same size

they would. your tire size is relatively narrow for a 9 inch rim. but it will work.
