4" tips really fill out the exhaust cutouts on the GT bumpers. I'm a fan. If you're gunna bother with tail pipes... go big.

I think they are too big you might as well get 2 big coffee cans from a grocery store and put them on.

4" are pretty big. My SLP tips are 3.5" and I think they look just perfect.

Hey bro, I've been there and done that.

Actually, I had Magnaflow's 4" tips. They were 18" long and 45* cut angle. The pictures are really "beautified" compared to real life. They aren't a mirror finish, but more of a polished stainless steel.
Also, the stainless steal is very thin, I actually had very small orange spots develop (would of been full out rust if the tip was SS), luckily they were on the bottom of the tip.

Also, you don't NEED to cut the end of your catback shorter for these to fit, at least I didn't. However, if you look into the tip, then you see this big long 2.5" pipe coming through the tip. Therefore I cut mine to fit appropriately.

Also, my tips were with a Saleen bumper so the large tips really helped fill in the Saleen cutouts. However, on a stock GT bumper, 4" may be too large.
If you really want 4" then go with Borla's tip and no other. Great quality and looks.

IMHO, 4" is too large. Go with 3.5". Here's a link to probably the BEST quality made tips on the market. Outstanding, no other words for it. Yes, expensive, but they're very sexy. They have a great coating and they can be untouched for months, but then go to clean them and they shine right up. http://mrt-direct.com/mustangracing/tips.php

O yea, I got rid of the Magnaflow 4" tips for the MRT 3.5" Black Chrome
