Steering Sound

I have a high pitched sound when I turn the steering wheel. Not loud but annoying. Any suggestions?

did you check the power steering fluid?

the power steering fluid is full.

Its not the sounds when you turn it all the way.

so is this sound when the car is moving or when you're sitting still and turning the wheel??
