i was applying the short antenna and when i was tightening it the screw for the antenna broke off. So right now i have no antenna and there is a piece of a broken screw stuck at the bottom of the antenna hole.

 

go to a hardware store or an auto parts store and ask for an "easy out". basically it taps the screw out of the hole without jacking the threads up completly. just take your time doing it, dont rush it. keep in mind if the threads do get messed up you can always re-tap it.
