Clutch slip maybe????

Default Clutch slip maybe????
when ever i go to floor it from about 3 grand or lower in any gear it will rev up to about 6 and not even move at all???? the car has about 65 thousand miles on her and still the stock clutch...you think its time for a new 1?

Sounds like the clutch is fried to me. Time for a new one!
