Default Help Quick!

my starter is bad and i need to take it off. is there anything i should know before i do this? im doing it in like ten minutes so i need to hear from u guys quickly

already knew that just lookn for anything else. but thanks anyways. im gunna go do it and hopefully dont **** anything up.

how many bolts are on the starter. i can only see two bolts not including the bolts hookn up the wiring

there are 3 i believe...two on the bottom and 1 hidden up top...i think some people leave the top bolt out cause its such a pain in the a**..i think mph almost recomends it..cause its just easier...

also..get a mini starter....if u get long tubes..sometimes the stock (or equal) starter will over heat...$.02

do i have to take off my h pipe to get the f'in thing off. im so sick of taking the thing on and off im about to pay someone to do it.

no first hand knowledge here...

but it's my understanding that the best way to get the evil third bolt off is from the front of the engine with a long extension(or a bunch of short ones)...
