CRAP Help brake problem

ok i have a 96 gt drop top and my brakes feel funny like they dont catch all the way i can put the pedal to the floor. the fluid is full what can i do please help

Did you do any autocross or anything that would cause your brakes to heat up.

I'm going to say brake pads are gone or a loss of pressure in the brake system. I drove a car home that basically had no braking power at all and the master cylinder was just shot.
