Well I am looking at getting a bigger H-pipe and a good cat-back system.

EDIT: I live in Californa.

You can get a good aftermarket H pipe with cats and when it's time for smog just replace it with your stock H pipe. That's what I'm doing.

Default exhaust in cali

Ok, if you touch your cats at all in cali your breaking the law. With that said I have no cats but kept my stock mid-pipe to pass smog or an inspection upon request. (I live in cali) I would go with a catless mac prochamber or h-pipe and some kind of chambered muffler cat-back system. ie. magnaflow, mac, flowmaster. Herd lots of good things about the prochamber, waiting for mine in the mail. Or you could go x-pipe and a resonator style cat-back (ie. slp loud mouth, bassani, borla) These combos are what I heard are the best. GL

Might want to check out the MAC Pro-Chamber before you order your H pipe. Wish I would have. (I'd flip a coin to, but I have none left.)
