x-pipe, h-pipe, shorty headers... whats it all mean?

^EDIT^ and i'm sure ya could work a cross over pipe into it... it'll just be a bit longer than normal

well thank you guys for all your help. just one last question though. what do equal length headers do?? what kind of difference do they make?

they even out the amount of pipe for each cylinder. In theory it's supposed to help scavenging and subsequent power production. Equal lengths are kind of like mini-longtubes but if you want longtubes, get longtubes.

they are great headers... MUCH MUCH MUCH better than regular shortys, easier to install than longtubes... they sound realy good...

But they dont match the performance of longtubes... LTs sound a bit better...

If you decide to get shorties...

I HIGHLY RECOMEND mac equal length shorties... then ya'll want to get the mac mid pipe of your choice as well...
