Default advice on what to do

i have a 98 auto gt with l/t's, h-pipe, flow 40's, 4.10s, k&n air intake, 17x9 bullits, pretty much basic bolt on mods. the car has well the odometer broke last year at 93k, i havent driven alot at all so it has about 110k on it. the ac doesnt work, the drivers side headlight doesnt work, the suspension is god awful, and the tranny is slipping, and the car didnt pass inspection because of emissions. Now should i sell the car as is for 500, or put 1500 into it fix it up and sell it for 3500. I need to sell the car by mid august because im moving to southern cali for a job. When i get there i plan on buying a used 06/07 gt any advice or help would be awsome!

Its worth more than that imo. Id fix the major issues then sell it. Figure out why it wont pass emissions, fix that, and the odo. Could probably find a decent tranny for not a whole lot. But thats just me.

If you think you can get it done for what you need to pay than do it. I would hate to see you fix it up and put a lot more money into it than you intended and not be able to sell the car. So that's a chance you're going to have to take, if you are planning to get a newer 'stang I would just sell it unless you know without a doubt that you can fix it for that cheap.
