Default That B!t<h Is Mine!!!

ALL mine!!!

Just mailed off the remaining balance of my GT; $11,899.99

So now I'm all paranoid about the engine blowing up, getting t-boned by a semi, and lightning striking me as I scratch off my winning lottery ticket.

Congratulations! I can't wait until I pay mine off, but I have a long way to go.

Off topic: Trucker, how do you like your sequential tail lights? I was thinking of those for my next mod.

Well, considering I can't actually see them when they're being used, I think they're great. My wife thinks they're "just silly and a waste of money", but, no lie here, I've had two people in 05+ GT's "chase" me down to ask where I got them and how much they were, and about installing them. I think they're damn nice though. They're very bright, and the fact that they retain their "sequentialness" with braking and hazard functions I think is nice. I'd say the only real complaint I've got about them, is I think the timing is just ever so slightly to fast. If there were say just a 1/4 second more inbetween each light being lit, I'd be 100% satisfied. Another plus, (more personal than having to do with the actual lights themselves) is that having spent the money on them and wanting to show them off, I found\find myself using my turn signals MUCH more often.

Sick. I bought mine cash a year and a half ago. I'll probably buy my next one the same way.

Was the lottery ticket thing a joke, or you really won?

No no, just a joke. I was referring to a high odds thing, like the engine blowing or totaling the car, the same day I happen to pay it off.

That's a pretty good pay off for an 05. I still have 1 more year on my 04. Sometime in 09, not real sure what month. But I'll only have about 26 K miles on her.. and 1 extra year of warranty just in case.. I think I'll keep her.. and start the mods while keeping her as clean looking as I can..

I remember the feeling of paying mine off. I don't drive it much, so nothing bad has happened yet. :knockonwood:

Yeah I am planning on getting a set of the seq. tail lights for my bday coming up, I am wanting the PnP lights. so I dont have to mess with butchering the lights up at all.

very nice. I have only made 2 payments thus far on mine, but you know I don't regret spending a bit extra to get this over buying a different stang in cash.
